Grief touches every life - and every workplace.
It’s the loss of people, roles, certainty, health, or identity. But it’s also the thread that connects us, the reminder that we care deeply.
My talks help people face what’s often avoided: the human side of loss and change.
I explore how we can talk about grief with honesty, lead with empathy, and reconnect with purpose when everything shifts.
All what I do is uplifting, it may sound strange, a talk about Grief is uplifting but to really understand grief we have to explore what truly matters in life.
🔹 The silence around grief - I help people talk about it openly, safely, and without awkwardness.
🔹 Disconnection and burnout - I remind people that rest, compassion, and community aren’t luxuries - they’re what keep us human.
🔹 Fear of emotion at work - I show how empathy and honesty strengthen, not weaken, teams.
🔹 Lack of meaning after change - I help people reconnect with purpose and rediscover what matters.

Love, Leadership & Being Real
A practical and heartfelt talk for teams and leaders
on authenticity,
empathy, and courage in the workplace.
Do you only talk about grief?
Not at all. My talks are really about being human-resilience, courage, compassion, and how we navigate change together. The safer people feel with people the better they work together.
Will your talk make people cry?
Sometimes - but that’s not the point. The talks are about release, not sadness. People often leave feeling lighter, connected, and hopeful. Moving people emotionally is a powerful collective experience for the team creating unity and togetherness.
Can you adapt your talk for our audience?
Absolutely. Every event is different, and I shape the tone, length, and focus to fit your audience - whether that’s corporate, community, education, or creative. I’ve had the privilege of speaking to everyone from school children to CEOs, and because my topics are fundamentally human, they resonate with all kinds of people.
Much of my career has been spent working with leaders, as they set the tone for how people are treated within organisations. I pride myself on never delivering a “one-size-fits-all” keynote; every talk is crafted with care because audiences deserve more. One of the most common pieces of feedback I receive is that it feels as though I’m speaking directly to each person in the room.
Do you really get people to dance or sing?
Only if it feels right for the room. I sometimes use music, singing, or gentle movement to help people connect and reflect — but it’s always optional, never forced. Audiences are often surprised by how much we achieve in such a calm, supportive way. I’ve been using singing for many years and know how to create a space where people feel safe to join in. One of the things I hear most often is, “I can’t believe you got me to sing — and it felt so good. Thank you.”
Do you offer workshops as well as keynotes?
Yes. I run interactive sessions (60–90 minutes) that go deeper into leadership, resilience, and creative wellbeing - often combining coaching tools with group reflection. I’ve also designed full learning programmes for organisations such as Admiral Insurance and EE. If you’re looking for more than a single talk, we can create something bespoke together to inspire lasting, meaningful change.
What outcomes can we expect?
My work helps people reconnect to themselves, to each other, and to what really matters. Through storytelling, reflection, and shared experience, I create spaces where people feel safe, seen, and supported.
That sense of psychological safety is powerful; it builds trust, empathy, and genuine connection the foundations of both wellbeing and high performance.
Audiences often leave feeling lighter, more human, and more capable of facing challenges with openness and resilience. When people feel safe to be real, everything changes.
My work has been featured on BBC TV & Radio and focuses on helping people carry grief with grace, rebuild confidence, and rediscover joy.
I’ve spent nearly 20 years coaching leaders and teams around the world, helping them build cultures where honesty and humanity aren’t just welcomed - they’re the foundation for everything else.
