You might have a spark of an idea, a dream that won’t leave you alone, or just a quiet knowing that something needs to change.
I’ll help you clear the path, build confidence, and take those first meaningful steps - at your pace.
We’ll meet twice a month online, exploring what’s next for you - what you want to do, what’s in the way, and how to move forward while acknowledging that grief is part of your story.
Grief is always welcome here.
Expect to feel motivated, inspired, and clear on what matters most. Expect to take action - with me, your own personal cheerleader, right by your side.
Let me be clear - this isn’t grief therapy or counselling.
This is performance coaching, done compassionately, and always acknowledging the love and loss that shaped you.
You’ll know when it’s time to work with me.
If grief still consumes you, therapy or specialist grief support may be a better next step. I would have never been able to do what I have done without the incredible grief therapy I had for 18 months after my son died.
If you’re having more good days than bad, and you can feel that little spark - that fire in your belly to change - then I’m your girl.
With nearly two decades of coaching experience, I’ve worked with global organisations, appeared on BBC TV and Radio, and created Grief Disco - a movement bringing light, joy, and connection to the grieving process.
When my son Osian died, everything changed.
He spent 435 days in hospital, and those days shaped me in ways I could never have imagined.
After he died, I had to find a way to keep living - to make sense of a world that no longer made sense.
I’d been a coach for years, but grief gave me a new kind of understanding. It showed me how love and loss can exist side by side, and how purpose can grow from pain.
That’s why I do this work now - to help others who’ve experienced deep loss find their footing again.
Not to move on, but to move with grief.
To rediscover confidence, meaning, and joy - while still honouring the love that will always be part of you.
A gentle 20-minute chat to explore where you are,
what you need,
and whether coaching with me feels like the right fit.
No pressure - just clarity.
If we decide to work together, we’ll shape a plan that meets you exactly where you are. Some people come with an idea or dream; others just know they’re ready for change. Either way, we’ll build from there.
Through regular 1:1 sessions, practical tools, and gentle accountability, you’ll strengthen self-belief, rediscover motivation, and start making meaningful progress - step by step.
Together, we’ll turn what’s heavy into something healing. You’ll learn how to honour your person, trust yourself again, and move forward with intention and heart.
• Clarity about what matters most to you now
• A plan that fits your energy and your life
• Confidence and self-trust that lasts beyond our sessions
• A sense of purpose - grounded in love, not guilt
• You’ve experienced loss and are beginning to have more good days than bad.
• You feel that something needs to change - maybe an idea, a project, or simply a sense that life could hold more meaning again.
• You want to rebuild confidence and self-belief, but gently, without denying your grief.
• You’re ready for compassionate accountability - someone to help you take action and hold you steady when doubt creeps in.
• You know your love and your loss will always be part of you, but you’re ready to let them inspire what comes next.
• You’re in the very early, raw stages of grief and finding it hard to function day to day.
• You need therapeutic or trauma-specific support (in which case, I can signpost you to brilliant people who can help).
• You’re looking for quick fixes or high-pressure hustle - that’s not how we work here.
• You’re not quite ready to explore change or take small, consistent steps forward.
Something in you already knows it’s time.
You don’t have to have it all figured out - you just need the spark that says,
“I’m ready to build what’s next.”
A gentle conversation to explore where you are and what’s possible...
Grief shifts everything - your sense of self, your priorities, your purpose.
My coaching holds space for all of that. I don’t ask you to leave your grief at the door; I invite it in, because it’s part of who you are now.
But I also believe in your capacity for growth, creativity, and joy.
My role is to help you reconnect with that spark - to turn pain into purpose, love into action, and ideas into something real.
Here’s what makes this coaching different:
Grief-informed, not grief-avoiding
We work with your grief, not around it. I understand the waves, the energy dips, and the tenderness that comes with loss - and I’ll tailor our sessions to meet you where you are, every time.
Decades of real-world experience
With nearly 20 years of coaching experience, I’ve worked with global organisations, led wellbeing programs, and supported thousands of people to grow their confidence, leadership, and sense of purpose.
Compassion + momentum
I bring heart and strategy. You’ll feel deeply supported and gently challenged to move forward. We’ll build your confidence step by step, celebrating small wins that add up to real change.
A space for honesty
You don’t have to be “positive.” You can show up however you are - messy, hopeful, exhausted, curious - and we’ll start there. This is a judgment-free zone where all parts of you are welcome.
“Georgina has a way of helping you see possibility again - even when you think it’s gone. She believes in you until you believe in yourself.”
It’s a gentle 20-minute chat to explore where you are and what you might want next. No scripts, no pressure - just clarity.
Not at all. Many people start with just a feeling that something needs to change. Together, we’ll uncover what that looks like and build from there.
Not at all. While much of my work is rooted in grief after bereavement, loss takes many forms - the end of a relationship, a change in health, the loss of identity, career, or direction.
If you’ve experienced something that’s changed your world and left you wondering “who am I now?” - you’re in the right place.
Therapy helps you heal. Coaching helps you rebuild. My work focuses on growth, direction, and purpose - once you’re ready for the next step.
Most clients stay for 3-6 months, but there’s no fixed rule. We’ll find what feels right for you.
That’s completely okay - that’s what the Pivot Call is for. You’ll leave the call clearer about your next step, whether that’s working with me or not.
That’s part of grief, and part of life. We’ll work at your pace, and there’s always room for rest and gentleness here.
No pressure. No scripts. Just a gentle, honest conversation about where you are - and what’s possible for you next.
